Ninurta Seven Winds

Bio
The Seven Winds are friends of Enlil, the god of wind. They serve him with undying loyalty. The seven of them include the sea breeze, the foul-smelling gas, the hot wind, the electrical wind, the whirlwind, the gust, and the cold wind. They each have a unique appearance when they activate their personal elemental powers. When the powers aren’t activated, they look like small round balls of energy. The Seven Winds live together in their own temple in the Wind Highlands.

Powerful wind spirits who can be very destructive, they use their powers carefully and make sure that they don’t fall into the wrong hands. To do that, their temple is protected by a tornado wall to prevent intruders. They’ll only provide help if they deem their master worthy and virtuous. Even Enlil’s son Ninurta has to pass their test before they approve of him.

In ‘NINURTA’, Ninurta’s mother Ninmah advises Ninurta to ask the Seven Winds for help when fighting Anzu. She knows that they’re Enlil’s powerful allies and would be helpful. But when Ninurta finds them, they asked him to pass their test before lending a hand. They may sound evil at first, but turn out to be wise spirits who are very supportive once they’ve deemed someone worthy. They provide aid to Ninurta for the rest of his journey.
