My Pokemon OC Nini the Sylveon. She’s Rhyme’s first Pokemon partner when he made his return to the Pokemon world and created Team Rhyme.

Team Rhyme member no. 1. When Rhyme returned to the Pokemon world after many years, it was to join Unite Battles on Aeos Island. As Rhyme looked for the first Pokemon to create his new team, he found Nini in Researcher Erbie’s lab. Nini wanted to join Rhyme for Unite Battles to help Erbie collect Aeos energy and research Pokemon, so Erbie allowed her, but Rhyme must promise to take good care of her. Becoming the first member of Team Rhyme, Nini’s everyone’s senior and helps new members get comfortable with being in the team. Rhyme comemorates Nini as his first partner by making the team symbol a Sylveon ribbon and the team colour pink. Nini is also close friends with Happy the Blissey.
Personality
Playful, friendly and affectionate, Nini loves to help out and play with everyone around her. She’s also fashionable and loves to try on new clothes, cosmetics and perfume. Appreciating the beauty of life, Nini enjoys singing and relaxing, so she’ll help you relax when you’re stressed or having a bad day. During battles and activities, she puts more importance in having fun during the process rather than the results.
Nini’s Past
Nini’s parents were wild Sylveons who lived on Aeos Island. Unfortunately, they were killed in an accident during a terrible storm. Nini, still an egg at the time, was saved by a young Researcher Erbie. When the egg hatched, Erbie named the Eevee Nini for her cute voice. Nini evolved into a Sylveon under Erbie’s care and loved to help him out in his lab. Nini then joined Rhyme to help Erbie’s field research when Rhyme showed an interest in having her in his team.
Quirks
- Nini’s usually found hanging out with her best friend Happy the Blissey.
- Nini loves cuddles and pats. She also has a beautiful voice and loves to sing anything from lively songs to soothing lullabies.
- She’s fashionable and loves fashion, cosmetics and perfumes. She also likes to pose for the camera and go to the spa.
- Nini likes to decorate and tie ribbons on things. She loves pink and cute feminine stuff in particular.
- She uses her ribbons’ soothing aura to forcefully calm Rhyme and his other Pokemon down whenever they get too heated about something. (Zephyr calls her ribbons tentacles and is scared of them. Nini gets angry if you call them tentacles.)
