Skye the Inteleon
Species: Inteleon
Gender: Male
Height: 190 cm (default Inteleon height)
Nature: Lonely
A wild Inteleon who came from the Galar Region. He used to belong to Nozomi, the leader of an evil organization called Team Hope that once existed in the Sinnoh Region. After Ruki the Lucario destroyed Team Hope, Skye returned to Galar to work as a freelance spy and assassin. Having helped with Team Hope’s illegal experiments in the past, Skye’s also a fearsome doctor and mad scientist with a good knowledge of human tools and languages (He can’t speak, but he can read and write). He communicates with his clients only through letters and never shows his face, so many clients mistake him as a human.
Personality
Skye’s a logical and practical scientist, having grown up assisting Nozomi and Team Hope’s researchers. As an assassin, he only targets evil people, not because he’s nice, but only because it’s convenient and causes the least problems. His old habits as a scientist in Team Hope’s labs also die hard. Often helping Nozomi conduct surgeries, he’s pretty good at them. Seeing how the body and inner organs function have become a sort of guilty pleasure for him. Still a researcher at heart, Skye has an insatiable curiosity and is very enthusiastic when it comes to studying rare Pokemon and unexplained phenomenons. Having spent most of his life with humans, he also picked up various human habits such as wearing clothes, human politeness and the like.
Skye’s Past
Skye was born in Galar when a when a Trainer aiming to get Pokemon with high IVs was mass-producing eggs. Born weak, so he was abandoned on spot. Nozomi, the daughter of a Sinnoh doctor, found him half-dead during her father’s business trip to Galar. Nozomi, often bullied for her disability herself, felt sad for Skye and made him her partner. Skye remained loyal to Nozomi as she grew up and founded Team Hope, aiming to find a way to make Skye and other weak Pokemon powerful. They captured wild Pokemon and experimented on them illegally.
After a long time, they succeeded in making an elixir to artificially create powerful Pokemon with perfect IVs. But then Ruki the Lucario, one of their captives, broke free after being given the elixir, destroying the organization and all their research single-handedly. Almost dying in the process, Skye managed to survive by drinking the remnants of Team Hope’s elixir, being reborn as a powerful Inteleon himself. After surviving the incident, Skye followed Ruki around for awhile to see the results of Nozomi’s research till the end. Despite losing Nozomi in the incident, Skye doesn’t hate Ruki, thinking that he’s Nozomi’s masterpiece since he became that strong due to her elixir. On the way, Skye ran into Zephyr the Zeraora and saved his life by treating his wounds after Zephyr’s first battle with Ruki. Having confirmed that Nozomi’s work on Ruki was successful, Skye then returned to Galar to work as a spy and assassin.
Quirks
- Skye wears a locket with Nozomi’s photo in it. He misses her a lot.
- As a scientist, he thinks that conserving the environment, climate change and protecting rare Pokemon species are important.
- Skye particularly enjoyed dissecting Pokemon and people who look pretty, no matter their gender.
- He had never studied a Mythical or Legendary Pokemon before, so he’d like to study one thoroughly from up close.

- Skye would wear clothes and be pretty charming and polite when he’s not battling. He loves tea and reading, and wouldn’t mind having a chat or a debate.

Nozomi
Species: Human (Deceased)
Gender: Female
Height: 150 cm
Skye’s Trainer and leader of Team Hope, an evil organization that once existed in the Sinnoh region. Alhough her father is a prominent doctor and surgeon, she was born with a weak body. Nozomi got sick easily and had weak legs, so she was confined to a wheelchair. She spent most of her childhood being bullied and unable to make friends. Even so, she wanted to live positively, focusing on her medical studies to see if she could improve her condition. She immediately felt a parallel between herself and Skye when she found him, so she took him in as her partner. Skye was loyal to her in return, supporting her as she made Team Hope and helping in her experiments. The two were inseparable until she died in the fire during Ruki’s escape from Team Hope’s labs.
