Strasbourg France Vlog and Kehl. I documented what to do in Strasbourg, places to visit in Strasbourg, as well as Strasbourg’s local food and specialties such as the Alsatian wine, Choucroute, and Baeckeoffe. Strasbourg:
- Capital and biggest city in the Grand Est (formerly Alsace) region of France.
- Sharing borders with Germany, Strasbourg had switched hands between France and Germany during wars in the past.
- Has lots of German influences in culture, food, place names, etc. – Strasbourg means ‘the fortress on the roads’ (Straße = street, burg = fortress)
