English Summary
Caesar’s team headed towards Cassell College’s station area. Cassell’s dragonslayer squad seemed to have intercepted the dragons who kidnapped the students there and were locked in battle. Sola was desperate to save Munico as the team made their way there.
When they arrived, it was chaos. There were many powerful dragons, driving both the kidnapped students and the dragonslayer squad into a corner. Forced to use all their strength without rest, they were slowly corrupted by their hybrid dragon blood, tipping over the edge and turning into monsters themselves.
Luckily, Sola spotted Munico in all the mess. Ren and Bobotan held back the monsters so the rest of the team can save and evacuate the survivors. However, they were soon overwhelmed by the number of enemies.
Ren was on the verge of using her blood boost to save everyone, but then she heard a voice. She didn’t know it, but it was Lu Mingze watching over them. He summoned Sakatoku Mai to help defeat all the monsters. Ren was surprised at her strength and was grateful for her help.
Mai approved of Ren for being brave and protective of her comrades. She then disappeared as mysteriously as she had appeared.
With Mai’s help, Sola and Caesar’s team was able to handle the situation and save Munico and the rest of the survivors. The teachers who came with them would bring the survivors back to the dorms and take care of them.
Iris then appeared, crying and saying that her bodyguards were fighting the dragons nearby and desperately needed assistance. The Black Swan kids knew that she hated them, but they weren’t heartless enough to ignore people in need, so they offered to help.
In the meantime, Nono’s team made it to the principal’s office. Finger plugged in his computer and began trying to get EVA and the school’s system back up. Nono went outside to shoot up a flare to signal that they were doing well. She was glad when she saw Chu Zihang’s flare signaling the same thing. She waited for Caesar’s team’s signal.
Meanwhile, Tonic wondered why Hee-chan would put her life in danger to help them. Hee-chan said that she had a sister whom she loved a lot. Seeing that the orphanage kids were siblings fighting to protect each other, she saw a little of herself in them. Tonic, reminded of a distant memory, felt a little uncomfortable.
With some hard work, Finger managed to get EVA back online. Everyone was glad, thinking that EVA would be able to use the school’s robots and security system to defeat all the monsters in the vicinity. However, EVA said that she couldn’t, because the system had been hacked by an insider. She revealed that the one responsible for letting the dragon into the school and working together with it was none other than the board of directors member, Iris Elda.
