Bio

Tenko
A creator who’s the owner of Atelier Tenko. An ambitious and adventurous girl, Tenko does her best to stay happy and positive. She’ll stop at nothing to realize her dreams! She likes to travel and keep a record of the things she sees. She hopes that her works can bring smiles and courage to the people who see them. In a way, Tenko’s Rhyme’s boss.

Kitsunehime
Hime-chan for short. She’s Tenko’s childhood friend and guardian spirit who’s been with Tenko ever since she was a little child. Tenko having a traumatic childhood and barely any friends back then, Hime was her only comfort. Having been through thick and thin together, they’re inseparable even now. Hime’s pretty strict when it comes to work, but is gentle and comforting when Tenko’s sad.

Rhyme
A creator who’s the owner of Atelier Rhyme. Rhyme’s a boy who lives in the digital plane and travels between worlds, changing his appearance according to the rules of each world. Like Tenko, he aims to create works that can cheer people up. Despite being shy, he has a strong willpower when he needs to get something done. He usually discusses which world to travel to next with Tenko.

Echo
Rhyme’s loyal assistant and guardian spirit. He accompanies Rhyme during his travels and his job’s to keep Rhyme alive when he visits dangerous worlds. Like Rhyme, Echo’s appearance changes depending on the rules of the worlds he visits. Echo being wise and able to think calmly, Rhyme counts on him for good advice whenever he’s feeling lost.

Trivia

  • The kanji for Tenko’s name (天狐) means ‘sky fox’ or ‘celestial fox’. A Tenko is the most powerful form of fox spirit from Chinese and Japanese mythology. It’s a fox who has gained its ninth tail and ascended to the heavens after living for 1000 years.
  • ‘Rhyme’ was my username in the MMORPG ‘Code: Dragon Blood‘. I made lots of friends, memories and accomplishments in that game, so I just use the name in all the games I play after that.
  • I normally use female avatars in MMOs, but in the rare chance that I made Rhyme a boy in CDB, he stuck, so there you go.
  • ‘Atelier’ is French for ‘workshop’. This site is where I post all the things I’ve made, so it’s my workshop. Welcome to Atelier Tenko and Atelier Rhyme!
