Synopsis
The adventurers Rhyme and Echo accepted their friend Jitetanu’s invitation and came to Aeos island. There, they meet Nini the Sylveon, Happy the Blissey, Zephyr the Zeraora, Ruka the Lucario and Apple the Blaziken. They form a team with a strong bond as they challenge Aeos Island’s Unite Battles.

Always wanted to make this for ages and I finaly managed to get down to it! These stories have been spinning in my head ever since I wrote all my Pokemon’s character sheets 2 years ago, so I’m happy to be able to turn them into solid, visible works ;u;
Also my first time making a story video like this, so it was fun experimenting and seeing my Pokemon being cool with background music. Hope you had fun watching, everyone! Team Rhyme’s journey continues~

Trivia
- I started playing Unite in October 2021 following my friend Jitetanu‘s invitation. Season 1 was just ending at the time.
- Got Nini from Researcher Erbie as a parallel to getting your first partner from the professors in the main game.
- My Blissey Happy’s usually Safeguard/Helping Hand only, so I made her backstory based on that. (I suck so bad with the eggs! XD)
- The clips in Zephyr’s video are taken from Season 12’s SoloQ Rank Match on 8 June 2023 (Japan server).
- I chose the music based on what sounds like the theme song of the particular character each vid’s about.
- I made my first Unite fanart and my Pokémon’s character sheets in December 2021, after I’ve reached Master Rank for the first time (Season 2). So everyone’s backstories, personalities and relationships are based on things that actually happened to them as I played for 2 months.
- Finished the first vid (No. 0 – Rhyme & Echo) on 20 Jan 2023, but the series went on hiatus because real life got busy. Came back and continued later on and released Nini to Ruka’s videos between 8 June and 19 June 2023.
- Each video took averagely 3-4 days to make from scratch. Illustrations all drawn in Clip Studio. Video editing all done in CapCut.
- Nini’s video was finished on 7 Jun 2023 and Apple’s on 7 Jun 2024. Unintentionally completed them on the same day with them being my first Pokemon and my first Unite Pokemon!
